St. Joseph Hospital is offering fully paid training and, upon successful completion, a full-time or part-time role working at our facility in one of our numerous specialties. This training is available for individuals with no or limited prior health care experience.

This dynamic Nursing Assistant Training Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the healthcare field. Those in the program will have the opportunity to work alongside our compassionate interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing excellence in care.

Requirements for the Nursing Assistant Training Program:

• Passion for patient care, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience: Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare.
