Job Description
We have an opportunity for a FT Nursing Office Coordinator in our Home Health Department. We are looking for a collaborative team member with a passion for caring.
The successful performance of Nursing Office Coordinator is to provide administrative coordination to the Assisted Living nursing team. This position will provide record management as well as helping the nursing staff by performing clerical functions.
Qualifications
- comfortable using a computer
- good organizational skills
- experience as an Aide or Personal Care Assistant a plus
- Able to work unsupervised, self-motivated
- Comfortable overseeing staff
Duties
- Office support for nurses
- Scheduling client services
- Back-up to staff scheduling
- Confirm client services using Eldermark system
- Answer office phones and respond to requests
- Talk with family regarding concerns
- Work closely with the Clinical Director
