Salary: $18.75-20.53+/hour   BOE

Mainstreet Village is seeking Full Time & Part Time Nursing Assistants (Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide ) to join our team.

Available schedules:

• Full-time & part-time AM (6am-2pm) - weekends not required
• Full-time & part-time PM (2pm-10pm) - weekends not required

Work every weekend schedule option available with premium pay! 

• Base pay available for weekdays and TIME & A HALF offered for working EVERY WEEKEND for 6 months = Certified Nursing Assistants - starting at $25.28 per hour or higher based on experience! 
• Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours- total commitment is 24 out of 26 weekends.
• Full-Time benefit eligibility available

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
