Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified OBP Training Support Specialist who isresponsible for the execution of the daily operations to provide administrative support for all OBP Training programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Publish approved classes in database/Update schedule and spreadsheets accordingly
• Create/e-mail Instructor Training Packages for distribution (if applicable)
• Prepare/e-mail student classroom instructions for Virtual Instructor Led Training courses
• Provide student registration support and excellent customer service via written and oral communication
• Conduct weekly Quality Assurance (QA) inspections for OBP classes/student registrations
• Provide assistance/support to and serve as secondary point of contact for OBP Instructors/Trainers
• Process, verify, and scan all required course documentation in database/resolve discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate academic records and provide statistical data for OBP Non-Resident and Indirect training programs as requested
• Maintain spreadsheets associated with calendar management, training data, projections and materials shipping/receiving for OBP training programs
• Distribute course surveys to graduated students/upload and provide monthly quantitative data reports
• Create and submit Course Material Request Form(s) for OBP Non-Resident classes as applicable
• Required to conduct OBP Train-the-Trainer briefings/graduations and perform administrative support duties in absence of External Agency Training Coordinator
• Collaborate with and assist various government staff and contractors regarding OBP Non-Resident /Indirect training questions or issues
• Flexible work schedule is required to meet support requirements if necessary

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent required and two+ years of progressive experience in training program specialist field required. Baccalaureate degree preferred, in related field.
• Possess advanced computer skills, strong organizational skills, and facilitation experience
• Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient multi-tasking skills required
• No Travel Required
