Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication.
• Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting critical deadlines.
• Oversee the firm's billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office functionality.
• Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, optimizing the use of time and resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• An associate degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong client-service orientation with excellent teamwork and a desire to learn.
• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
