Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract on the AOSI 4W unit. In this position, you will provide high-quality nursing care through the application of your skills to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, all while fostering an environment that aligns with our mission to care, heal, and educate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care while collaborating effectively with other care team members, physicians, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Access and manage confidential patient information, making informed decisions independently and in partnership with other healthcare professionals.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a nursing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
