Detailed Job Description: The web-based Patient Characteristic Survey (PCS) is a biennial survey conducted by the Office of Population Health and Evaluation unit of the office of Mental Helath (OMH). The PCS collects demographic, Clinical and Service related information for each person who receives public mental health services and all programs licensed or funded by the NYS OMH are required to complete the survey. The goal of this project is to update the 2025 questions and maintain existing application functionality. Cyber Remediation/Optimize OMH Applications is an initiative to update the OMH ITS supported Business Applications to align with ITS' overall strategy for applications to be on the current (N) or current - 1 (N-1) version and utilizing shared platforms wherever possible to enhance efficiency of OMH applications
