- How many years in FTTH
- How many people have you managed.
- Have you worked with Telecommunication/Telecommunication/FRONTIER
- How many years in Communication
- Do you have complete understanding of Telecommunication scopes like (IFP, ASE, BAU, JPA Projects)
- Preferred to have working (engineering) and managing experience of Telecommunication and Frontier projects.
- Must have a complete understanding of Telecommunication scopes like (IFP, ASE, BAU, JPA Projects) and processes, systems, and applications not limited to ARAMIS, WALDO, MIC, CFAS, and JAM and frontier applications not limited to FROGS, VARASSET, SITETRACKER, DPI, INFINIUM.
- Must be able to implement a lean process/ tweak the existing process to obtain the desired results.
- Must possess good skills in People, Project, and Process management.
- Minimum 5-8 years of OSP Engineering required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory position.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Right-of-Way, easement or local permitting requirements.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other customer-proprietary design systems as stated above.
- Flexibility for travel up to 25% is required.
