Job Description:
- Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to patients with physical, developmental, or emotional impairments.
- Evaluate patient progress and prepare reports that detail progress.
- Design and implement individual treatment programs based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and strategies to improve daily living skills.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- CPR or BLS certification required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Hospital experience required.
- KS OT license required.
