We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient Units. The Occupational Therapist will work under physician referral to assess the functional needs of patients, develop treatment goals, and implement comprehensive treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping physically disabled patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Salary:
Salary is based on years of experience, ranging from entry-level (0 years) to a maximum of 29-30 years of experience.
Schedule:
- Acute Rehab Unit Only:
- Option 1: Tuesday-Saturday (Five 8-hour shifts)
- Option 2: Wednesday-Saturday (Four 10-hour shifts)
- Acute Rehab Unit/Inpatient Units (50/50 split):
- Option 1: Tuesday-Saturday (Five 8-hour shifts)
- Option 2: Wednesday-Saturday (Four 10-hour shifts)
Shift Differentials (based on majority of hours worked):
- Evening Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm): +8%
- Night Shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am): +11%
- No weekend differential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients based on treatment diagnosis.
- Develop and implement treatment plans designed to achieve measurable outcome goals.
- Conduct baseline evaluations of cognitive, sensory-perceptual-motor, and self-care functions to create individualized treatment goals.
- Adjust treatment programs dynamically in response to patient progress, ensuring consistency and continuity in care.
- Provide care that is appropriate for patients at all stages of development, considering age-specific needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program (minimum of a Bachelor's degree).
- Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho (applicants may apply prior to receiving licensure).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous Acute Care experience is required.
