Salary Range: $28-$35/hr + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.
Location: 2435 Research Pkwy #255, Colorado Springs, CO 80920
Shift: Full-Time, 30-40 hours per week (Flexible schedule & hours)
Setting: Outpatient Ortho / Hand Therapy

We currently have an opening for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in our Colorado SpringsĀ clinic. The COTA will work directly with the Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapist) providing rehabilitation services to patients to teach them different functional tasks and exercises intended to strengthen or stretch muscles, as well as alleviate pain.

Position Summary:
- Provide rehabilitation Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
- Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved school for Occupational Therapist Assistants
- Current Occupational Therapist Assistant license/certification (COTA) in good standing with the State.
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
