Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for assigned patients.
• Utilize appropriate modalities to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Supervise and mentor certified occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
