Elevate Your Occupational Therapist Career with Us! Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Vancouver, WA! Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.
Vancouver, WA is just north of Portland, Oregon, and three hours south of Seattle. The city’s roots originated on the Columbia River’s north shore, where the Pacific Northwest’s first Indigenous inhabitants started a diverse and thriving community. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current state of practice OT License.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
