Are you a dynamic health professional ready to make a lasting impact? We’re hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to lead wellness and injury prevention efforts in our workforce. This full-time opportunity is for our 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM.

Who You Are:
- Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Exercise Physiologist with manual therapy skills.
- Passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and employee wellness
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide early intervention strategies
- Implement wellness initiatives and offer job coaching
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive prevention programs, including work simulation and coaching
- Engage employees in health initiatives and promote wellness
- Collaborate closely with HR, safety teams, and management
- Track and report program metrics to evaluate outcomes
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
Dress Code: Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed.
