Pay: $20-$25/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summary:
The Administrative Office Assistant will play an essential role in a project focused on manual account adjustments and customer account reconciliation. Youll be responsible for handling key administrative duties, communicating with major accounts, and assisting with project-related tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone looking to expand their skill set across administrative, A/R, and office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process manual adjustments to customer accounts and ensure accuracy in account reconciliations.
- Handle communications with major accounts, including written and verbal correspondence.
- Assist with collection efforts, including researching discrepancies and resolving outstanding issues.
- Perform administrative duties and support various office projects, including customer service and sales functions.
- Work with large CRM databases such as Oracle or SAP to manage account information and adjustments.
- Participate in special projects related to manual account adjustments and other A/R functions.
- Support month-end closing activities and assist with GL entries for account reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient project progress and office operations.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, with a focus on manual account adjustments.
- Experience with CRM databases such as Oracle or SAP.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and manual adjustment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using VLOOKUPs and filters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-driven environment.
- Customer service-oriented and eager to learn new processes and systems.
