YOUR DAY AS THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekends.

Starting your day with a coffee and a team check-in, you'll set the tone for a productive and energetic day. As the Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations. You'll manage schedules, oversee office personnel, and ensure our team is firing on all cylinders. Whether handling customer inquiries or supporting our field technicians, your role is integral to our success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• HVAC experience

Dispatching, customer service, and outbound call experience would be a plus.
