Primary Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Collect AP invoices, code and enter into JD Edwards; obtain manager approvals as required; scan to file and forward originals to Quikrete; enter check requests and forward for approval and processing; add/updated vendor information as needed
- Enter ULF billing into JD Edwards. Forward invoices to licensees as required. Follow up as needed to obtain missing reports.
- Enter pin orders into JD Edwards.
- Add/update customer and vendor information as needed
- Enter credit memo as required
- Audit accounts to ensure accuracy and follow up with
- Coordinate with Quikrete accounting to keep all accounts current.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provides front-office customer service to include receiving/ directing incoming calls and e-mails.
- Monitors and responds to Hubspot requests; refers technical requests to sales and/or engineering as appropriate, maintain accurate and complete information in Hubspot
- Receive, arrange shipping for pin orders.
- Arranges and distributes UPS/FedEx shipments, deliveries and mail
- Manages the administrative functions of office to include coordination with vendors and ordering office supplies.
- Effectively utilizes technology and process to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred.
- 5 years’ experience providing accounting and administrative support
- Demonstrated success in a customer service and / or administrative role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely and accurate information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- JD Edwards experience preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new concepts, processes and product information.
- Excellent organizational skills. Dependable, reliable, energetic
- Ability to multi-task and utilize time efficiently
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
