We are looking for an Office Administrator who will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our office. This position encompasses a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, such as processing payroll, supporting HR functions, and coordinating installation jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR duties such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Coordinate installation jobs by liaising with various departments to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and managing schedules.
- Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and other necessary documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR duties.
- Knowledge of office management software and databases.
- Experience in a construction or related industry is a plus.
