Office Assistant
Provide primary administration functions, serving as the liaison between the Hartford team and the HR department in the Milford, MA office. Attend weekly meetings with Milford Office to stay in sync with company updates, news, etc. Plan any internal and external company events and community involvement. Provide administrative support in Business Development, Project Management, Estimating, Marketing and Ops Plan Updates. Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for Hartford Executives.

- High school diploma is required, bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desired;
- At least 1 - 3 years of full-time, business administration work experience;
- Familiarity with Procore software is desired;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
