Office Administrator/ Receptionist at Express Employment Professionals - West Chester

Office Administrator/ Receptionist - $22.00/ hour

A busy medical office is looking to hire an Office Administrator/ Receptionist for their growing West Chester location.  The primary responsibility will be to maintain an orderly front office and support team members, as required.  This position will be required to work some non-standard hours (possible weekends and after 5 p.m.).

Office Administrator/ Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming patients during peaks hours and specialty hours
• Managing front desk - answering phones, greeting clients, checking in for appts
• Payment collections/ Data entry for address/billing/missing information/ scheduling next appts
• Communicate business events by sharing about upcoming events (not typical desk job)
• Attend daily team meeting

Office Administrator/ Receptionist Qualifications:

• Phone management/ Busy office environment (multi-line phone & Customer Service)
• Standing for peak hours - 2-3 hours/day - (30+ patients per hour)

What we look for in a Office Administrator/ Receptionist:

• Billing and insurance is a plus - not required; medical terms/background is a plus - not required
• Communication, teamwork, positive attitude, detail-oriented, and organized
• Confidentiality is a must
