You’ll manage mail, filing, reports, and assist in training new staff—all while contributing to a positive work environment!

Job Title: Office Assistant (1st Shift)

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8am-5:00pm (Every other Friday off)

Location: Santa Ana, Ca

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service and clerical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, able to assist the public, and perform various office duties such as managing mail, filing, operating office equipment, and handling reports. You will also assist in training new staff and may occasionally cover higher-level clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to public inquiries and emails
• Receive, sort, and distribute internal and outgoing mail
• File documents alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically
• Operate office equipment such as copiers and computers
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of general office clerical experience
• Familiarity with office procedures, data collection, report preparation, filing systems, and basic accounting
• Proficiency in Word and Excel (testing required)
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

• Word/Excel beginner-level test required
