You won’t be bored supporting our development and operations teams while enjoying the upbeat, creative atmosphere. As the office assistant you’ll work closely with the owner and operations manager to ensure that every “t” and “i” are crossed and dotted!
Responsibilities & Requirements
This is a 360-degree multitasking role that covers all aspects of the company. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, accounts payable, record-keeping, light bookkeeping, front desk services, and coordination with external vendors.
- 3 years experience in an administrative and/or HR role
- Positive, proactive personality a must
- Highly organized, insatiably motivated
- Proficient with computers, database/spreadsheet management
- Employee benefits and payroll experience desired
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- On- and off-site event coordination
