About the Job
The Office Assistant performs a variety of general and specialized administrative functions to assist the Department of Health and Human Services with providing services to the public. Office Assistant staff will be cross trained within other divisions of Health and Human Services.
This is a front window position. This role will involve working with a high volume of consumers face to face on a daily basis. An individual should enjoy working with the public and be, able to multi-task, and be very organized to be successful in this role.Core Hours:
Wednesdays 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
