Office Assistant (Spanish/ Vietnamese preferred) - Primary Location

Responsibilities

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and transfer them to Sr. Agent for quotes.
• Assist in completing quotes for Sr. Agent to review with clients.
• Assist Sr. Agents with new business servicing.
• Make outbound calls to assist new clients with documentation.
• Answer inbound calls on an overflow basis.
• Schedule prospects and perform general office duties.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Professional phone etiquette
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Insurance experience and licensing is not required but must be willing to learn
• Must work well in team environment
• Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred
