Job Description Summary:
This role provides administrative and clerical support to the Packing Manager and Packing Supervisor.The pay range for this position is expected to be $26/hr.- $31/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; tracks orders, warehouse transfers & investigates problems.
Verifies if daily orders dropped off to the corresponding warehouse.
Verify if pallets have transferred into the correct bin issued to the correct job.
Double check if the quantity on the license matches the actual Qty.
Return and transfer all products back to their original license.
Keep track of seasonal & year-round supplies Inventory
Reconcile materials usage transactions and resolve variance.
Verify all supplies and bulk candy located in packing transferred into the system for proper consumption.
Verify job consume proper QTY.
Make sure all products are returned with proper QTY, end of the shift to avoid any variance.
Perform inventory management functions such as cycle counts variance analysis and balance reconciliation.
Monitory campaign variances through the day
Increase and decreased may vary must investigate report daily.
Print inventory Bin to verify & LPN are in the correct bin.
Keep track of miscellaneous Supplies
Prepare for end of month inventory daily to avoid cycle counts.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production operations quality and accounting.
Mention when coming across high variance.
Communicated when jobs are not consuming properly.
Notify right away when product has been depleted.
May lead, guide and train employees on preforming related work
Set Daily goals to fully commit and complete throughout the day.
Spot check
Send out pallets not using to keep control on necessary supplies.
Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and /or services ordering and inventory control
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Database management skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to set daily goals standards.
Ability to receive, stock and deliver products.
