About the role
The Office Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the health insurance agency/brokerage. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, and assisting in client service activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
What you"ll do
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, processing paperwork, and data entry.
- Assist with client inquiries and provided excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or associate"s degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry, is a plus.
