Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Assist in estimating projects and preparing accurate quotes
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Create Xactimate invoices
- Manage job flow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
