Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of mailroom, copy center, and scanning, utilizing office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, and mail equipment.
• Perform courier services, shipping/receiving, mail processing, and recycling.
• Set up conference rooms, manage AV equipment, and support pantry services.
• Walk facility twice daily to pick up mail and check conference rooms.
• Order office supplies and support supply inventory management.
• Interact with contractors, facility management, and occupants.
• Ensure compliance with service excellence programs and meet financial goals.
• Complete work orders, monitor contractors, and report facility-related issues.
• Provide data to leadership and assist with monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to walk the floors twice daily; no extensive lifting (team lift for items over 50 lbs).
• Required uniform: black pants, shoes, and polo/blouse (uniform shirts provided).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic PC and office equipment proficiency.
• Accountable for daily operations of a solo-person site, performing contracted office services, including copy, courier, mailroom, managed print, shipping/receiving, and hospitality services. Responsible for maintaining service standards and customer interactions.
