The Office Manager is responsible for providing support to help the CEO, in-office team, and virtual team members operate most efficiently and effectively. Areas of support include coordination of Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting and General Operations/Facilities.
The Office Manager is also responsible for providing project management support that helps consulting teams deliver projects on time and budget including drafting documents, preparing presentations and reports, document management, etc.
To ensure success as our Office Manager you should demonstrate extensive experience in professionalism, detail-oriented approach to all work, teamwork, multi-tasking and proficiency in Microsoft suite of products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams, etc. An outstanding Office Manager will be someone whose strong organizational and relationship skills translates into successfully realizing organizational goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Management
- Manage office facilities (supplies, security access, troubleshooting with Property Management)
- Establish and/or maintain processes to ensure outsourced services including Information Technology, Accounting, and Human Resources are responsive and deliver services that allow SCB and our team members to operate most efficiently
- Answer telephone and takes messages; plan meetings; and prepares for and receives visitors; receives, delivers and scans mail; receives and sends packages
- Other similar duties to ensure that the office and operations are running smoothing
Project Management Support
- Serves as Implementation Lead, ensuring that all projects are initiated in accordance with company standards.
- Draft project documents (Process Flows (MS Visio), Standard Operating Procedures, Presentations, Excel spreadsheets etc.)
- Prepare meeting agenda and record meeting notes.
- Prepare internal and client monthly reports
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Associates degree or two (2) or more years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, self-starter, initiative
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-through abilities 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience or Proficiency in other applications a plus (Visio Power BI, Powerautomate, SharePoint Workflow, Canva, etc.)
- Flexible to occasionally work evenings or weekends, to meet project deadlines. 
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel, as needed
- Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
