Office Manager at Beacon Hill

Our client, a venture capital firm based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate daily on-site operations. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 4 days in office and 1 day remote, with the hours of 8:30 am to 5pm. Compensation for this role is $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities and Desired Competencies

• Scheduling and calendaring
• Serve as a liaison for facilities and IT vendors
• Ordering supplies, coordinating luncheons
• Booking conference rooms
• Some reception coverage
• Project assistance
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• 2+ years of office experience
