Responsibilities

Position Overview

• Customer Service
• Responsible for managing multiline phone system
• Daily Administrative and clerical responsibilities
• Managing office supplies and equipment
• Medical filing

Qualifications

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED with experience is requiredAbility to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood attitude and high degree of professionalismFlexible approach to changing prioritiesAbility to organize and prioritize Ability to work independently Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completionProven track record of successful office management / administrative workTwo years of administrative experience required
