Lutheran Services in Iowa has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Site Manager to support our offices and teams in Des Moines, Ames, and Marshalltown.
Occasional travel between the sites will be required.
What You'll Do
The Site Manager will coordinate and oversee daily operations that support a wide variety of services provided by LSI staff. Each site manager oversees the onboarding process for all new hires in their area and maintains personnel files. Assists with securing items and locations for meetings and independently handles project assignments. Site Manager serves as a key contact with IT and the Facilities department. Responds with sensitivity to the unique differences of clients and employees. The Site Manager will act as a member of the local leadership team and will supervise the administrative support team and facilities at each site and assist in coordinating office moves and closures.
What You'll Need
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and a minimum of five years experience working in an administrative or operational capacity. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Previous experience with leadership, supervision, billing and human resources preferred.
