Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the daily activities of the office to ensure smooth operations.
Staff Management: Lead and supervise office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, and handle basic accounting tasks.
Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues to enhance office productivity.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing effectively with staff and customers.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software is a plus.
