Are you ready to build your career by joining a Water, Sewer, and Infrastructure company? If so, our client is hiring an Office Support Coordinator!
What You'll Do: Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to staff and management.
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
Perform general office tasks such as typing, copying, and faxing.
Assist in scheduling appointments.
Interact with QB Online.
Support office management in various tasks
What You Bring: Proficiency in MS applications.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Familiarity with basic office management procedures.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Scheduling programs is preferred.
