Office Support Specialist - NHQ - Aspen Contracting Inc

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Hours: 7 am – 4 pm, Tues – Sat, Sunday/Monday off.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 depending on experience

Headquartered in Lee's Summit, MO., we provide roofing, siding and gutter services to homeowners and businesses alike, across the country. We are looking for the right person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to read/understand insurance property claims paperwork (train as necessary)

• Work closely with our Production Team to complete jobs and service tickets

• Create final invoices for insurance companies and customers

• Send mortgage checks/packets for endorsements

• Make follow up calls/emails to insurance companies, mortgage companies, and customers for collections

• Assist with new location set up as directed

• Process forms in Laserfiche as needed

• Manage client data in CRM program (ASM)

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Self-starter, can work independently, multi-task

• Organized and efficient

• Friendly personality and effective communication is a must
