Office Support Specialist at Adecco USA

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Office Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Stockton, CA! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s office by providing essential administrative support. This role offers competitive compensation ($22.00/hour) over a 3 month contract period.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of prior office support experience

• Proficiency in data entry

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office software

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required

• Must pass a pre-placement background check

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage the multi-line switchboard

• Accurately enter data into computer systems

• Maintain office records, customer files, and reports

• Process incoming and outgoing mail

• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
