Oil and Gas Attorney (2-3 Years Experience)

Location: Frisco, TexasSalary: $85,000 - $100,000 (plus bonuses)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced attorney to join our team, specializing in oil and gas law. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the industry, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on oil and gas legal issues, including contracts, land titles, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and review oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, and other related contracts
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations related to oil and gas transactions
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant case law and regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies and resolve legal disputes
• Provide clear, concise legal guidance to clients regarding oil and gas law matters

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in oil and gas law
• Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
