Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oil & Gas Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management specifically related to the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation for oil and gas matters.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Provide support during depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training.
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
