On-Call Caregiver Needed ASAP

We have an opening for caregivers who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

• Base Pay: $20 flat rate per on-call shift (not hourly).
• Call-In Pay: If called in to cover a shift, you will be paid $20 per hour

• Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual beginning on day one

• Paid orientation and ongoing training

• Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

• Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients

• Medical benefits through Medallus for full and part-time employees for just $10 per month regardless of full or part-time status. (Family coverage for only $85-$90/month for family up to 6 people)

• Pay for travel time between clients (if seeing multiple clients on the same day)

• We will pay up to $350 for CNA School tuition after 3 months of solid job performance

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Be available and ready to go to a client visit within 30 minutes of a call out. 

• Be available for week 2 weekend shifts a month

• Respond to client's and employee's inquiries within 5 minutes.

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.

• Helping clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening

• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Have at least one year of caregiver experience with an agency or facility. (not needed if you have your CNA)

• Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (May obtain after interview)

• Be able to pass a national background check

• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car/transportation

• Shift´s Options: (Must be available for the full shift.)

Monday - Friday

Morning Shift 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening Shift 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Weekends

Morning Shift 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM
