On Call/Part Time - Office Services Associate - IST Management Services

Location: Atlanta, GA-One location

The Opportunity: This is a part-time, on-call, direct hire role with IST Management Services, performing office services work at one client location, providing mailroom services and other support services on-site in a team environment!

Schedule: Role will fluctuate in schedule weekly; one full day per week minimum (8 hours, 1 hour lunch), some weeks will offer more shifts or entire week schedule. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends. Accepting all assignments not mandatory. Position will involve cross-training for potential to go full time. Business professional dress code. 

Compensation: $15.00 to $15.00 per hour

This position is a part-time, on-call, direct hire role performing office services work:

• Mailroom Services
  • Operating and maintaining mail equipment
  • Lifting, scanning, sorting, delivery of mail and packages to appropriate client personnel; notify users of incoming mail and packages; prepare package labels
  • Ordering supplies, mailroom inventory
• Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Adhering to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures
• Participating in cross-training
• Maintaining all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Performing other tasks as assigned on-site to support site and client needs

Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and will be ready to grow their career in facilities and office services with IST Management Services:

• Access to reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
