Allied Universal has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position of an On Call Security Officer.
The On Call Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A On Call Security Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.

- Requirements: Ability to maintain a controlled resolve during intense situations and the ability to deal tactfully with the public - AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION
- Starting Base Pay $17 - $18 / hour
- Availability: On Call - no set schedule
- Daily and Weekly pay - You pick when you get paid
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a controlled resolve during intense situations, while keeping a safe environment for other officers, clients, vendors and employees within the facility
- Ability to deal tactfully with the public - AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION (Experience must reflect a job where you directly handled conflict in a could be intense situation.)
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts
- Must be available to work any time and day
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Able to:
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
