We are seeking an On-Site Construction Superintendent to join our Design-build Construction Management firm with multiple active projects in Georgia and Alabama! Enjoy overseeing multi-million-dollar industrial and commercial projects in the Southeast US

Qualifications and responsibilities for this On-Site Construction Superintendent opportunity include:
Mandatory: 5+ years experience as a Superintendent for ground-up, Industrial and Commercial construction
Proven experience overseeing the construction of Manufacturing Facility or large Warehouse projects, and multi-story Hotel projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods related to pre-engineered metal buildings, structural steel / panel, structural steel / tilt-wall buildings.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
OSHA certification, relevant safety training, experience with Procore and Autodesk Construction, and Tilt-Up wall construction experience (preferred)
Oversee project planning, on-site construction activities, budget management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high standards
Enforce safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation, solve project challenges promptly, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
Must be willing to travel to projects in Georgia and Alabama
All travel costs are paid for, with per-diem given.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
