Onsite Desktop Support Technician - Insight Global

Job Description
We are hiring a group of 12 desktop support technicians to image over 1500 machines. This will require onsite support 5 days a week in the North Richland Hills area. These individuals will need to be diligent and reliable. They will be using a thumb drive to pull down new images from SCCM. They also will be required to use Active Directory to look up if machines are enabled or disabled and also to make system updates. Lastly, we would like to find individuals who have experience with service now and updating the CMDB.

Skills and Requirements
2 years of desktop support experience
Experience with imagine machines
Experience working with SCCM and other imaging tools
Familiar with Active Directory Service now experience
In person desktop support troubleshooting null
