Job Description
Call Center Customer Service Position
Hours between 8am and 8pm EST. Must be available between those hours for an 8 hour shift.
No weekends.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
-HS Diploma or GED required
-6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience
-Good speaking voice
-Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
Equipment Requirements:
-MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, etc.
-Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
-Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required
-Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
-Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
Work Environment
-AM shift: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri, 30 minute lunch and 2 15 minutes unpaid (EST)
-AM shift is ~37 hours
