Operational Accounting Assistant - TEKsystems

Our client is seeking an Operational Accounting Assistant for a contingent assignment. In this role, you will be a part of the operational accounting team at a well established financial institution. TEKsystems offers weekly pay and competitive benefits to contractors!

Job Title: Operational Accounting Assistant

Placement Type: Contract ( 26 Weeks)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Location: On-site- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19106

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and become familiar with Excel.
• Proactively seek ways to improve processes.
• Perform moderately complex operational support tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
• Utilize prior financial services experience.
• Utilize FK Mainframe.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry or entry level accounting.
• Comfortable working with technology.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under urgency.
• Fast Typing skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice to Haves:

• Prior financial accounting experience.
