Operations Administrative Assistant - Voyig

Fort Worth Civil Constructors is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant for our office in Fort Worth, TX!

As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes and contributing to the success of our project bids and estimates. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of construction terms and proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Gather and prepare documents required for project bids and estimates.
• Assist in filling out forms necessary for compiling bids.
• Update and maintain project calendars and scheduling information.
• Coordinate pre-meeting preparations for bid presentations.
• Handle copy, scanning, and filing of documents both electronically and physically.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes preferred.
• Prior experience in a construction office or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Salary: $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule Options:

• Choice of 5/8s or 4/10s work schedule.
• Flexible scheduling:
  • Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
