Operations Assistant/Junior Project Manager - Danos, LLC

The Operations Admin / Junior Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Renewables Group, providing administrative and entry level project management support to ensure the smooth execution of operations within the renewables sector. This position requires strong organizational skills, time management, and a hands-on approach to logistics, scheduling, and small bid preparation. Experience in solar, inverter, or renewable energy is a plus.

• Time Tracking: Ensure accurate and timely tracking of project hours, including submission and verification of timesheets for the team.
• Bid Package Preparation: Assist in creating small bid packages, ensuring all required documentation and materials are included.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for projects, including trucking, shipping, and tracking tools and equipment.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Renewables group, answering calls, monitoring email and ensuring timely communication.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft software (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) to manage project documentation and communicate with teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, operations and other team members to support ongoing project needs.
• Renewables Knowledge: While experience in solar/inverter/renewables is a plus, a willingness to learn and grow within the renewable energy sector is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with time tracking and administrative functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
