What you"ll do
Assist with project management by coordinating and tracking internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
Support basic financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing company documents.
Maintain and update company databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Identify and implement improvements to internal processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Take on various ad hoc projects as needed to support overall operations.
Required qualifications
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A proactive approach with a team-oriented mindset.
Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
A bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

The pay range for this role is:
$60,000 - $70,000 USD per year (Loveland, CO)
