Operations Coordinator:
This role is responsible for managing front-desk staff at the clinic, including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, monitoring workload, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing disciplinary action. The Operations Coordinator monitors staffing assignments to optimize the impact on clinic and patient visits, plans individual work assignments for staff, and assists with strategic planning for clinic operations.
This role is responsible for managing front-desk staff at the clinic, including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, monitoring workload, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing disciplinary action. The Operations Coordinator monitors staffing assignments to optimize the impact on clinic and patient visits, plans individual work assignments for staff, and assists with strategic planning for clinic operations.
Duties Include:
- Coordinates staff vacation requests and arranges for coverage of critical office functions.
- Assist with strategic planning for clinic operations.
- Oversees application assignments
- Conducts staff meetings
- Manual tracking of Incoming and Outgoing members.
- Monitoring of several required reports that sustain front-end operations.
- Tracking of Petty Cash funds - monthly
- Coordinates case transfers to other sites within the agency, as well as those to other agencies/networks.
- Assists in communicating operational policy and procedures to staff at their site.
- Provides orientation and ongoing training for office functions.
- Coordinates the intake process, ensuring that intakes are processed according to the various contract requirements and Operations policy.
- Purchases supplies, maintain phone lists, and new-hire tracking.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, with coursework or significant experience in computer science and/or records management, preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or computer science is preferred and may be considered in place of the required experience.
- Previous work experience in a position requiring significant public contact, preferably in a medical office, office organization skills, and ability to type 45 wpm.
- Prior Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience.
- Computer experience with NextGen and Microsoft Office preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
