This role is located in Cleveland, Ohio Branch office and is required to be onsite.
§ Direct support for office: front desk coverage in office
§ Supply ordering and office management
§ Working closely with Complex Onboarding manager and assists with screening and onboarding for new hires
§ Mail review and distribution
§ Assist with special projects and events
The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Required qualifications
+ 2 Years Administrative background in the area of sales support
+ Successful business acumen
+ Proficiency and usage of technology and software
+ Confident communication skillset with all levels of management
+ Ability to work and manage several projects, workflows or problem resolutions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree preferred
+ Financial industry experience a plus
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
